Ravindra Belgaonkar

I am Ravindra Belgaonkar, and I’ve been a part of Bangalore for the past 16 years. Having completed my education here and currently working with Rakuten India, Bangalore has become my second home.

Originally hailing from Belgaum, I currently reside in Shivananda Nagar, close to GM Playa, in a 1BHK which I’ve called home for nearly 7 years. However, with the arrival of an infant, I am now on the lookout for a spacious 2BHK.

As a responsible tenant, I take pride in always paying my rent and bills on time. On rare occasions, I have experienced minor delays, but I ensure timely communication with the owner and make payments before the 2nd, in case of any delay.

My preferences for the new accommodation include dedicated or covered car parking and a balcony, and I am comfortable with a rental budget ranging from approximately 25,000 to 28,000.
